COREcruitment Ltd is seeking an analytical Revenue Analyst to support the UK portfolio of a fast-growing European hospitality group. The role focuses on delivering accurate reporting and commercial insight to inform pricing, inventory and business mix decisions, working closely with the Revenue Management team.

You will prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports, analyse performance data, validate data and support rate parity checks across channels.

Qualificações

• Analytical mindset with close attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret data and spot trends for commercial use.
• Experience with Opera PMS and Excel.
• Organised and able to meet recurring reporting deadlines.
• Willingness to challenge information constructively and communicate with stakeholders.
• Interest in building a career in revenue management.
• Hospitality, revenue management or analytics experience.
• Knowledge of SQL, SAS, VBA or AI-enabled tools.
• Accounting qualification or partial qualification.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly revenue reports covering market share, ancillary revenue, car parking, day-of-week performance, source segments, forecasts, and adjustments.
• Analyse performance data and provide clear recommendations with guidance from Revenue Managers.
• Collate and validate data to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Carry out weekly rate parity checks across channels and investigate discrepancies.
• Challenge data inputs and run analytical reviews for stakeholder trust.
• Monitor revenue management system performance and identify pricing, inventory and mix opportunities.
• Improve reporting consistency and efficiency across the UK portfolio.
• Take on operational and analytical work to support Revenue Managers.
• Collaborate with Revenue Managers, Marketing and hotel teams to meet commercial objectives.
• Provide cover across the portfolio during peak periods and absences.
