Job summary

Staycity Group is seeking an experienced Regional Revenue Manager to lead revenue performance across a European portfolio of aparthotels. You will develop pricing strategies, forecast demand, and drive commercial planning to grow market share and profitability.

The role requires strong analytics, strategic thinking, and stakeholder collaboration to optimise distribution and performance across up to six properties.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue performance for a regional portfolio of up to six properties.
• Develop and implement pricing strategies across market segments to optimise profitability.
• Manage distribution channels, room-type strategy and sales restrictions for all bookings.
• Own forecasting, pricing, and demand analysis with accurate insights as KPIs.
• Maximise RM System performance through proper configuration and use of outputs.
• Identify revenue opportunities through tactical pricing and promotions.
• Lead regular yield and commercial reviews with stakeholders across teams.
• Manage group pricing and balance demand, profitability and objectives.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to strengthen market position.
