Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking an HR Executive to join our team in Ireland. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, onboard new colleagues, and support employee engagement while upholding compliance and policies within our hotels.

You'ĺl contribute to training initiatives, develop talent, and partner with managers to drive a positive workplace culture across our Dalata properties. Prior HR experience in hospitality is preferred but not essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in Human resources.
• Experience or exposure to Recruitment and Selection.
• Strong knowledge of HR administration and employment practices.
• Approachable and confident when dealing with employees and managers at all levels.
• Ability to drive Training and Development and drive succession planning.
• Experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is desired but not essential

Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Selection: Manage end-to-end screening, coordinate interviews and reference checks.
• Onboarding & Induction: Complete documentation, contracts, records and deliver induction programmes.
• Employee Engagement: Support wellbeing, recognition, communication, motivation, and retention; organise events.
• Compliance: Ensure HR practices comply with legislation, policies, safety, and audits.
• Training & Development: Ensure statutory training is up to date and identify training opportunities.
• Employee Relations: Provide day-to-day HR support, handle queries, disciplinary and performance matters.
• HR Reporting: Maintain data and prepare reports on recruitment, turnover, absence, engagement and training.
