Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking an experienced Deputy or Operations Manager to lead hotel operations in Ireland, including Dublin. You will manage multiple stakeholders, drive guest satisfaction, and deliver high-performance standards while shaping team culture and aligning with the hotel's strategy.

You will coach and develop colleagues, recruit where needed, and collaborate across departments to grow the business. A proven track record in hotels and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years experience as a Deputy or Operations Manager in a large hotel.
• Standards driven; particularly in Food & Beverage.
• Strong communicator and comfortable contributing to the hotel strategy.
• Ability to develop and build relationships and influence all levels of the business.
• People leadership and motivation experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple stakeholders within the hotel while playing a key role in operational management.
• Oversee hotel operations, greet guests, and inspire the team to deliver exceptional hospitality.
• Possess strong operational knowledge with the ability to work across departments as needed.
• Assist other managers with interviewing and recruitment.
• Coach and train new employees to ensure confidence in their roles.
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and handle conflicts or complaints smoothly.
