Job summary

Unipharmedtech is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support order and demand processes on a fixed-term basis (6 months) in Leinster. You will work closely with Field Sales Representatives to ensure timely, accurate order handling and delivery coordination for hospital customers.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong customer orientation, excellent communication, and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process a large volume of urgent hospital demand orders with rapid turnaround.
• Coordinate medical device delivery into hospital sites and meet customer requirements.
• Process sales and stocking orders in a timely, error-free manner.
• Proactively respond to and manage customer calls/queries professionally.
• Provide support to the Sales Team and other operation members as required.
