Job summary

Uniphar Group is seeking a Customer Service Agent on a 6-month contract in Ireland. You will manage order processing via telephone, email, and other channels, advise on product availability and delivery schedules, and resolve customer queries to ensure satisfaction.

You will use the CRM system (BCT), log interactions, contribute to KPI delivery, and support process improvements. Strong communication, problem solving, and teamwork are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• SAP and CRM experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Analytical and pragmatic approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Order processing via Telephone, Email, Fax, including Reps Orders, Credits and Debits.
• Advise customers of product availability and delivery schedules.
• Resolve customer queries by logging the issue and following up on resolution.
• Use CRM tool (BCT) to record, resolve and enhance the customer experience.
• Assist customers with queries regarding their financial accounts.
• Highlight delays to Team Leader or Manager and ensure KPI targets are met.
