Job summary

Tekno Surgical Ltd. is seeking a Customer Service Representative on a fixed-term contract for 6 months. You will manage urgent hospital orders, liaise with Field Sales, and ensure accurate order processing and on-time delivery with a strong customer focus.

You will work in a fast-paced team, develop product knowledge for medical devices, handle inquiries professionally, and support the Sales Team while promoting patient-centered service excellence.
