Job summary

Unipharmedtech is seeking a Customer Service Representative to act as the primary interface with customers, supporting the order and demand process in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

You will process urgent hospital orders with accuracy, coordinate medical device deliveries to hospital sites, and support the Sales Team while maintaining a patient-centric approach to ensure high-quality service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process a large volume of urgent hospital demand orders with accuracy.
• Coordinate medical device deliveries to hospital sites.
• Process sales and stocking orders promptly and error-free.

• Support Sales Team and wider operations as required.
• Maintain patient-centric focus to mitigate delivery errors.
