Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is seeking an IT Application Support Engineer with Italian and English language skills to join our EMEA Customer Care team. The role operates in a high-profile healthcare environment, handling incidents from P1 to P5 and delivering proactive and reactive support.

The ideal candidate will have strong Windows Server, SQL, and application troubleshooting experience, plus HL7/DICOM knowledge and healthcare exposure. English and Italian at B2+ level are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Windows Server administration and SQL environments.
• Knowledge of storage concepts (SAN/NAS) and OSI model.
• Strong incident management and application support experience.
• Healthcare/Life sciences background is a plus.
• Fluency in English and French required (B2+).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests.
• Own incidents and communicate with customers as needed.
• Respond promptly to reactive or proactive issues.
• Record and document incident tickets.
• Ensure accurate case documentation.
• Co-ordinate with multiple support groups internally.
