Job summary
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in Ireland is seeking an experienced IT Application Support Engineer with German language proficiency to join our EMEA Customer Care division. You will support cardiology and radiology applications in a mission-critical healthcare environment, ensuring continuity and reliability for systems that impact patient care.
As part of a dynamic team, you will perform first-line support, incident logging, basic troubleshooting, and escalation with detailed documentation.
Qualifications
- Experience in IT application support
- Familiarity with ITSM processes and SLAs
- Knowledge of healthcare data security standards (HL7 or DICOM helpful)
- Experience in a healthcare or clinical environment preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support for cardiology and radiology applications
- Log, categorize and prioritize incidents in ITSM tool
- Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate to L2/L3 with detailed documentation
- Monitor dashboards and respond to alerts to prevent downtime
- Maintain knowledge base and assist with security/compliance requirements
