Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Ireland seeks an IT Application Support Engineer with Polish language skills (B2+). You will join the EMEA Customer Care division in a high-profile, mission-critical healthcare environment, supporting Cardio and Radiology products and related infrastructure.

You will troubleshoot incidents from P1-P5, own incidents, document tickets, and coordinate with internal support groups while delivering timely, proactive service and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Windows Server Administration and Management is essential.
• SQL Server/SQL expertise required for handling data and queries.
• HL7 or DICOM support experience is preferred.
• Experience in Life science or Healthcare environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and resolving Incidents & Service Requests.
• Taking ownership of incidents & communicating with customers.
• Responding promptly to reactive or proactive incidents.
• Recording and documenting incident tickets.
• Detailing accurate information in case documentation.

The Role

TCS is seeking an IT Application Support Engineer with Polish language skills (B2 or above) to join our EMEA Customer Care division. The team, work in a high profile, mission critical environment within a Healthcare Environment. Early and appropriate responses are essential to providing technical support for Cardio and Radiology Products & related infrastructure.

As a support engineer, you will be joining a team built on collaboration, communication, focus & motivated to delivering excellent service & support. Our team are responsible for troubleshooting incidents ranging from P1-P5, both proactive and reactive in nature.

This is a unique opportunity which the successful candidate will be provided the opportunity to work within a Healthcare environment, contribute towards project/service delivery, grow professionally and work alongside a magnificent team.

English (B2 or greater)

Polish (B2 or greater)

Your responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting and resolving Incidents & Service Requests
• Taking ownership of incidents & communication with customer as required
• Responding in a timely fashion to reactive or proactive incidents
• Recording and documenting incident tickets
• Detailing accurate information in case documentation
• Coordinating internally with other support groups in timely fashion

Your Profile:

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

• Windows Server Administration & Management
• SQL Server / SQL
• Database Management
• Application troubleshooting – logs, firewalls, threads, connectivity
• Strong understanding of storage concepts – SAN / NAS
• Strong understanding of application workflows / topology
• Strong understanding of application OSI model
• Proven strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated and willingness to learn
• Ability to troubleshoot a wide array of technical components at Level 1
• Experience managing or dealing with incidents in Windows/Linux environment
• Experience providing application support
• Degree or Certificate in I.T. or related discipline is preferred
• HL7 or DICOM Support
• Previous experience working in Life science and Healthcare
• B2 or greater language fluency in both French & English
