Job summary

Children’s Health Ireland is seeking an experienced leader to oversee HR Information Systems and HR Analytics. You will manage system implementations, enhancements, and a data analytics team while partnering with HR leaders to drive efficiency and regulatory compliance across CHI.

The role supports readiness for the new hospital opening and requires strong change management and healthcare HRIS expertise. This is a fulltime position based in Ireland.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years management experience with a minimum of 3 years in a healthcare environment.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience of HR Systems (ideally SAP).
• Experience working in a complex change environment.
• Proven track record of developing a highly motivated team.
• Excellent IT /HRIS tool and HRIS reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the HR Information Systems and HR Analytics function in CHI.
• Oversee the implementation of new systems and system enhancements.
• Manage the system support and data analytics team.
• Support HR Leadership to align systems with departmental and organizational goals while ensuring compliance.
• Partner with stakeholders to drive efficiency and readiness for the new hospital opening.
