UPMC Ireland is seeking a BI Developer to design, develop and deliver reporting and analytics for a large-scale EHR implementation programme. You will transform complex clinical, operational and financial data into actionable insights for decision-makers across clinical, operational and executive stakeholders.

The role blends technical development with business analysis, engaging clinical and executive stakeholders to gather, analyse and translate reporting requirements into dashboards and data

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years’ experience developing Power BI solutions in enterprise environments.
• Experience performing business analysis / requirements gathering in data or reporting contexts.
• Strong expertise in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modelling).
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Proficient in building and optimizing complex SQL, TSQL queries and data transformations using Azure Data Factory.

Aufgaben

• Engage with clinical, operational, finance, and programme stakeholders to elicit and document reporting requirements.
• Translate business and clinical requirements into clear functional specifications and data definitions.
• Design and develop customised Meditech EXPANSE reports and dashboards in BCA.
• Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports supporting EHR workflows.
• Build scalable data models from EHR data and integration engines.
• Support SIT, UAT, and go-live validation activities.
• Contribute to the overall reporting and analytics strategy for the programme.
• Ensure adherence to data governance standards, GDPR, and security protocols.
