Qualifications

• Relevant degree or professional qualification in Human Resources, employment relations, business or related discipline.
• 5+ years' HR generalist/business partnering experience, with complex employee relations experience.
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation and fair procedures.
• Experience advising managers on grievances, investigations and performance matters.

Responsibilities
