Children’s Health Ireland (CHI) is seeking an HR Business Partner to support medical staff HR across CHI. The role focuses on delivering day‑to‑day HR functions with the Medical HR team, providing guidance on policies, onboarding, recruitment, performance, and lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• 3rdlevel qualification in Human Resource Management or relevant area.
• 5 years’ senior HR / HRBP experience and have completed a qualification in HR.
• A minimum of 5 years relevant postgraduate experience.
• Minimum of 2 years working in a lead human resources position, managing a team.

• Deliver and implement professional HR services across CHI to support hospital strategy.
• Advise on HR policies, circulars, and organisational change initiatives.
