Job summary

Vision Built Ltd, a Sisk company, is seeking a Health, Safety & Sustainability Manager to drive a strong safety culture on West of Ireland projects. The role is site-based and requires weekly travel to project sites, providing practical HSE support and ensuring compliance with standards and regulations across Ireland.

You will work closely with project teams and stakeholders, reviewing RAMS and training records, and contributing to continuous improvement of management systems while supporting

Qualifications

• Tech IOSH certification with 4+ years in construction.
• Experience implementing OHS and Environmental management systems.
• Strong IT skills and ability to review RAMS, SPAs and training records.
• Full clean driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide HSE advice and support across 2-4 projects.
• Implement VB OHS and Environmental systems.
• Attend site and stakeholder meetings.
• Review RAMS, SPAs, permits and training records.
• Carry out audits/inspections.
• Report H&S metrics across systems.
• Manage training needs and deliver courses.
• Support Head of H&S & Sustainability in system improvements.
• Assist tender and prequalification teams.
• Keep abreast of legislative changes and best practices.
• Provide site HSE advice.
• Incident reporting and investigation.
