Job summary

Vision Built Ltd, part of the Sisk Group, is seeking a Health, Safety & Sustainability Manager to lead HSE across multiple West of Ireland projects. You will provide practical safety guidance, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement in safety and sustainability practices on site.

The role is site-based with travel to project sites weekly, requiring strong stakeholder engagement, incident investigation, and robust auditing capabilities to safeguard personnel and project

Qualifications

• Level 7/8 Degree in Occupational Health & Safety.
• Internal Auditor qualification.
• Awareness of lifting operations, Temporary Works, PSDP & PSCS responsibilities.
• Incident Investigation Training.

Responsibilities

• Provide HSE advice and support to delivery teams across 2–4 projects.
• Implement VB OHS and Environmental management system requirements.
• Attend start-up, project and supply chain meetings.
• Review RAMS, SPAs, permits and training records.
• Carry out audits/inspections of Vision Built projects.
• Internal reporting of H&S and Environmental metrics.
• Manage training needs of the project team.
