Job summary

Vision Built, a Sisk Company, seeks an HSSE Advisor to lead Health, Safety, Sustainability and Environmental standards across our construction projects. The role is site-based with weekly travel to project sites in the Greater Dublin Area and Midlands, supporting project teams and the supply chain in maintaining a strong safety culture.

You will implement the VB OHS and Environmental management system, conduct audits, and provide timely H&S input to ensure compliance and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Tech IOSH qualification or equivalent.
• 3+ years in construction industry.
• 3+ years as Health and Safety professional.

Responsibilities

• Provide HSSE advice and support to project delivery teams and stakeholders across 2–4 projects.
• Implement Vision Built OHS and Environmental management system requirements.
• Attend site, start-up, project and supply chain meetings.
• Review RAMS, SPAs, permits and training records.
• Carry out audits/inspections of Vision Built projects.
• Internally report H&S and Environmental metrics across systems (e.g., Msite, Econoline, Smart Waste).
• Manage training needs of the project team for Health and Safety.
• Support Head of Health, Safety and Sustainability in continual improvement of management systems.
• Assist tender and prequalification teams as required.
• Stay aware of legislative changes to provide competent advice.
• Incident reporting and investigation.
