Job summary

Vision Built Ltd, a Sisk Company, seeks a Health, Safety & Sustainability Manager to drive a strong culture of health, safety and sustainability across our construction projects in Ireland. You will provide practical HSE support, ensure compliance with company standards and legislation, and contribute to the safe and successful delivery of projects.

This role requires leadership, 4+ years in construction, IOSH/Tech IOSH, incident investigation experience and a relevant OHS degree.

Qualifications

4+ years in the construction industry
At least 4 years as a Health and Safety professional
Tech IOSH qualification
Internal Auditor
Incident Investigation Training
Awareness of lifting operations, Temporary Works, PSDP & PSCS responsibilities
Full clean driving licence

Responsibilities

Provide Health, Safety and Environmental advice to project teams and stakeholders across 2-4 projects.
Implement Vision Built OHS and Environmental management system requirements.
Attend site meetings and review RAMS, SPAs, permits and training records.
Carry out audits/inspections of Vision Built projects.
Internal reporting of H&S and Environmental metrics; manage training needs.
Support Head of Health, Safety and Sustainability in continuous improvement of management systems.
Assist tender and prequalification teams when required.
Provide H&S advice to site stakeholders; incident reporting and investigation.
