Job summary

Vision Built, a Sisk Company, is seeking a Health, Safety & Sustainability Manager to drive a strong culture of HSE across our Irish construction projects. You will work with project teams and stakeholders to provide practical support, ensure compliance with company standards and legislation, and help deliver safe, high-quality modular and panelised builds.

Reporting to the Head of Health, Safety and Sustainability, you will implement the VB OHS and Environmental management system, review RAMS

Qualifications

• Tech IOSH certification is required.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Minimum 4 years as a Health and Safety professional.
• Full, clean driver's licence.
• Strong IT skills with OHS/Environmental reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide HSE advice and support to project teams across 2-4 projects.
• Implement VB OHS and Environmental management system requirements.
• Attend site and project meetings.
• Review RAMS, SPAs, permits and training records.
• Conduct audits/inspections of Vision Built projects.
• Report H&S and Environmental metrics in reporting systems.
• Coordinate training of project teams in health, safety and environment.
• Support Head of Health, Safety and Sustainability in system improvements.
• Assist tender and prequalification teams as needed.
• Stay updated on legislative changes and best practices.
• Provide HSE advice to site stakeholders and manage incident reporting/investigation.
