Job summary

Vision Built, a Sisk Company, is seeking a Health, Safety & Sustainability Manager to lead HSE across 2–4 projects in Ireland. You will implement the VB OHS and Environmental system, attend meetings, review RAMS and permits, and drive continuous safety improvements.

A strong H&S background and relevant qualifications are essential. You will advise tender teams, manage training needs, investigate incidents, and stay updated on legislation.

Qualifications

• Qualified H&S professional with degree in Occupational Health & Safety.
• Minimum 4 years in construction H&S roles.
• Experience advising project teams on HSE compliance.
• Strong IT skills and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide HSE & Environmental advice to project teams across multiple projects.
• Support implementation of the VB OHS and Environmental management system.
• Attend site and project meetings to review RAMS, permits, and training records.
• Carry out audits/inspections and report on HSE metrics.
• Deliver or arrange training for project teams.
• Assist tender and prequalification teams as needed.
