Job summary

Version 1 is seeking a seasoned Head of Oracle Service Delivery Management to lead the Service Delivery Management function within our Aspire Managed Services. You will guide a team of Service Delivery Managers, drive customer success, and optimize Oracle investments across SaaS, E-Business Suite, JD Edwards and PeopleSoft environments.

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and build long-term partnerships.
• Own governance, performance and service excellence across the practice.
• Drive continual service improvement, automation and innovation initiatives.
• Partner with Sales and Delivery teams to identify growth opportunities.
