Version 1's ASPIRE Managed Services team invites a Senior Transition Manager to lead onboarding of customers into our Oracle-supported services. You will shape transition strategy, align with Sales, Portfolio Directors and Delivery teams, and ensure a smooth path from contract signing to BAU.

Qualifications

• Experienced transition, service delivery or managed services leader who can mobilise customers into a complex Oracle support environment.
• Strong leadership with experience managing high-performing teams.
• Expertise in transition governance, planning, risk management, service readiness and handover.
• Experience leading steering committees, governance reviews and executive stakeholder engagement.
• Commercial awareness with bids, mobilisation planning and transition costing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve the Enterprise Applications Transition function within ASPIRE Managed Services.
• Manage and develop a team of Transition Managers and associated resources.
• Define and continually enhance transition methodologies, governance frameworks and best practices.
• Own end-to-end transition lifecycle from contract award to Business-as-Usual operation.
• Provide executive oversight across onboarding and service expansion programmes.
• Lead transition governance meetings, steering committees and status reporting.
• Manage escalations and ensure positive customer experience throughout the transition journey.
• Support strategic bids, proposals and mobilisation planning.
• Capture lessons learned and embed best practice across programmes.
• Drive automation and AI-enabled efficiencies within the transition process.
