Job summary

Version 1 is seeking an Oracle ERP Cloud Programme Manager to lead large-scale Oracle transformation programmes for major organisations. You will partner with executive stakeholders to deliver value, shape programme governance, and drive business impact across ERP, HCM, and EPM initiatives.

You will join a global Oracle practice with 700+ specialists and be responsible for end-to-end delivery, governance, and client relationship management, with a clear path toward Delivery Director and senior

Qualifications

Proven experience leading large-scale Oracle ERP Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite transformation programmes.
Strong commercial acumen with budgets, delivery performance and fixed-price engagements.
Expertise in programme governance, stakeholder management and risk management.
Ability to influence senior executives and build trusted client relationships.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-scale Oracle transformations from strategy through to delivery.
Influence C-suite stakeholders and drive transformational change.
Manage multi-disciplinary teams and ensure programme governance and delivery excellence.
Build trusted relationships with customers and act as trusted advisor during major change programmes.
