Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking an experienced Events Marketing Manager based in Ireland to lead the EMEA events strategy, spanning field events, conferences, and customer experiences.

You will shape regional programs, work with marketing, sales, content, design, and partnerships, and drive measurable demand and pipeline across multiple markets. The role emphasizes hands-on event execution, webinars (about one per month), and data-driven optimization within a distributed, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in event marketing, preferably within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the EMEA events calendar across field events, hosted experiences, sponsored conferences, and regional activations.
• Define event objectives, audiences, formats, budgets, and success metrics tailored to local markets.
• Evaluate sponsorships, speaking engagements, and formats to maximize reach and business impact.
• Coordinate venue, vendors, timelines, speaker prep, run-of-show, registration, and on-site support.
• Collaborate with Content, Brand, Product Marketing, Design, Partnerships, and Sales to develop compelling event materials.
• Plan and deliver approximately one webinar per month, including topic selection, speakers, localization, registration, promotion, and follow-up.
• Develop multichannel campaigns to increase registrations, attendance, and engagement.
• Ensure accurate lead capture and timely follow-up with Sales for event-driven pipeline.
• Monitor event performance and report on attendance, engagement, and revenue impact.
• Maintain reporting and attribution with Revenue Ops and Marketing Ops.
• Build regional playbooks, templates, and workflows to increase efficiency and consistency.
• Take ownership of the EMEA events program within the first 90 days.
