Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an senior Marketing leader to helm a cross-functional team focused on product, brand, and client digital marketing. You will shape a comprehensive strategy aligned with business goals and drive growth for Ocuco products through global and local initiatives.

The role demands a proven track record in lead generation for SaaS, exceptional leadership, and strong communication. You will collaborate closely with the CEO, CRO, Sales, Product and Operations to deliver cohesive marketing

Qualifications

• 10+ years in marketing with at least 3 years in lead generation for SaaS.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Admin, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• Proven track record of nurturing and growing marketing talent.
• Experience launching major products globally and driving growth.
• Strong communication, leadership, and people skills.
• Ability to build trust-based relationships across the organization and with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional marketing team.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy.
• Drive brand positioning and messaging across channels.
• Lead growth initiatives for Acuitas 3 across markets.
• Collaborate with CEO, CRO, Sales, Product, Operations.
• Oversee Client Digital Marketing to ensure satisfaction and growth.
• Develop strategies and products to enhance client acquisition.
