Responsibilities

• Lead and unify Partner, Attendee, and Startup Success teams.
• Own budget, headcount, and strategic roadmap.
• Design tiered service models and standardize SLAs.
• Collaborate with Production, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering.
• Drive data analysis of feedback and fulfilment to improve service.
• Thrive during event weeks and manage escalations.
