Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Partner Success, ensuring excellence across Partner, Startup, and Speaker support during large–scale events. You will drive collaboration across departments and build scalable service models aligned with relationship value.

The role requires 7+ years managing large teams, strong communication with executives, and hands-on tech fluency to implement new tools and systems. You will guide service levels and metrics to optimize delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing large success, account management, or fulfilment operations teams.
• 01Desired to measure success both quantitatively and qualitatively.
• Proven track record designing service tiers or operating models matched to relationship value.
• Exceptional communication skills with executives and high-profile partners.
• Tech literacy and comfort working with engineers on new tools and systems.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct Partner Success, Key Attendee Success, and Startup Success.
• Foster a culture of excellence and radical collaboration while enabling leaders to run day-to-day operations.
• Incorporate partner, startup, and speaker feedback into growth decisions and challenge leaders when needed.
• Assess service levels, cost-to-serve, and effort by segment across the function.
• Build tiered service models aligned with relationship value and needs.
• Standardise SLAs, escalation, and satisfaction measurement across teams.
• Align Success, Production, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering for event delivery.
• Analyse feedback, NPS, and fulfilment data to iterate the service model.
• Manage high-priority escalations during event weeks.
