Job summary

HubSpot Ireland is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to own analytics, models, and business frameworks guiding the EMEA Upmarket segment. You’ll influence senior leaders on strategy, capacity, and investment with high autonomy.

You will build dashboards and reporting in Looker, Hex, and Tableau, partnering with Sales Strategy, Ops, and Finance to drive data-backed decisions and scalable processes across forecasting and territory planning.

Qualifications

• Typically 5+ years of experience in sales strategy, sales operations, business analytics, management consulting, or a related analytical role.
• Strong analytical toolkit including data framing, hypothesis testing, and storytelling for senior leaders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a track record of influencing Directors and VPs.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous working environment.

Responsibilities

• Strategic analytics partner to diagnose performance, define KPIs, and translate data into clear narratives for leaders.
• Reporting: build and own core assets (scorecards, dashboards) in Looker/Hex/Tableau and Sheets.
• Design and lead core business processes across forecasting, headcount, capacity, and territory planning.
• Project management: coordinate cross-functional initiatives and align teams around data and priorities.
• Coaching: develop other analysts and create reusable templates, metrics, and docs.
