Job summary

Aer Lingus is seeking an experienced Head of Business Insights to lead the enterprise-wide data strategy and drive data-driven decision making across Commercial, Operations, Finance and Customer.

This 14-month fixed-term role partners with senior leaders to translate strategic objectives into data initiatives, build a culture of data literacy, and deliver measurable business value through dashboards and self-service analytics.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in business intelligence, analytics, or data strategy roles.
• Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Economics, Engineering, Business Analytics).
• Deep understanding of data platforms, data governance, and AI/ML in business contexts.

Responsibilities

• Interface between DDO programme and senior stakeholders across Commercial, Operations, Finance and Customer.
• Translate strategic objectives into data-driven initiatives aligned with transformation goals.
• Champion data literacy and insight-led decision-making across the organisation.
