Job summary

Ryanair Ltd. is seeking an ambitious Business Analyst to join Europe's busiest customer service team in Dublin.

You will focus on workforce planning, data insights and reporting to support forecasting and staffing decisions in a fast-paced environment. You will develop business cases and functional specifications for BI development, create dashboards in Power BI and Tableau, automate processes, and collaborate with partners to reduce contact volumes and improve service levels across the

Qualifications

BA or BSc or equivalent qualification required.
Project management qualification or equivalent standard.
Experience in Workforce Planning and Business Analysis.
1+ year experience in Data Insights & Reporting preferred.
Advanced Excel and reporting tools such as Power BI/Tableau.

Responsibilities

Develop business cases and functional requirements for BI development.
Create process maps and automate tasks with partners.
Develop a predictive model on self-service and forecast escalations.
Produce insight reports and dashboards for executives.
Collaborate with outsource partners to reduce contacts and improve deflection rates.
Develop reports with WFM to support forecast and headcount planning.
Forecast staffing requirements and schedule adherence from historical data.
Monitor real-time performance and adjust staffing for service levels.
Collaborate with operations leadership on staffing plans.
