Ryanair is seeking a driven business analyst to join Europe’s busiest customer service team. The role focuses on workforce management, data insights and reporting to support growth and efficiency. You will develop BI solutions, forecast staffing, and produce executive dashboards.

We value strong analytical skills, Excel power, and experience with Power BI/Tableau, plus stakeholder management in a fast-paced ecommerce environment. Opportunity to advance within a market-leading airline.

Qualificações

• BA/BSc or equivalent required with relevant business analysis focus.
• Experience in workforce planning, data insights and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to drive decisions with data.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience creating dashboards from scratch.

Responsabilidades

• Develop business cases and requirements for BI development to automate processes.
• Create process maps and partner with teams to automate manual tasks.
• Produce insight reports and dashboards for executive stakeholders.
• Forecast staffing needs from historical data and real-time metrics.
• Collaborate with WFM and operations to improve service levels.
• Manage projects in a fast-paced, agile environment.
