Virgin Media Ireland is seeking a strategic Head of Enterprise Data Platforms to lead the data strategy, architecture and governance for enterprise reporting and analytics. You will oversee data foundations, enable AI-driven solutions and drive federated operating models across teams, vendors and internal partners.

The role focuses on building scalable data platforms, modern cloud data warehouses, and trusted data services to support reporting, analytics and AI products across the business.

Qualifications

• Proven senior leadership across enterprise data platforms.
• Delivery of large-scale cloud data ecosystems including modern architectures.
• Experience with Snowflake and Google BigQuery; Databricks and Azure data services are advantageous.
• Strong modelling, data warehousing, ETL/ELT, APIs, metadata and quality practices.
• Experience enabling ML/AI in governed data environments and model lifecycle.
