Three Ireland invites a visionary Director of Data & AI to drive enterprise data strategy and AI initiatives. You will lead the Data & AI Tribe, define multi-year roadmaps and invest in data products and AI use cases that deliver measurable value across customers, network and operations.

You will build a secure, scalable data platform on Google Cloud, advance responsible AI and partner with senior leaders to align data strategies with business priorities.

Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience across Data and AI.
• Proven ability to translate priorities into data products and value.
• Experience delivering measurable value and enterprise AI adoption.
• Strong understanding of modern data architecture, governance, privacy and security.

Responsabilités

• Define and deliver Three Ireland’s enterprise Data and AI strategy, multi-year roadmap and investment priorities.
• Lead the Data & AI Tribe, setting vision, outcomes, OKRs, delivery roadmap and budget.
• Translate business priorities into a focused portfolio of data products, analytics and AI use cases.
• Build and operate a secure, scalable enterprise data platform, including Google Cloud and BigQuery ecosystem.
• Accelerate responsible adoption of AI across customer experience, personalization, retention and efficiency.
• Establish strong data governance, quality, ownership, metadata and lineage.
• Partner with senior leaders to embed evidence-based decision-making.
• Develop data literacy and self-service analytics across the organisation.
• Develop career paths, succession plans and partnerships for Data & AI.
