Job summary
Ryanair is seeking an ambitious Business Analyst to join Europe’s busiest customer service team. You will focus on workforce management, data insights and reporting, systems and operations, adapting quickly to a fast-paced environment.
The role involves developing BI-driven insights, building process maps, and collaborating with partners to automate tasks and improve service levels. A data mindset and strong Excel/BI tools experience are essential.
Qualifications
- BA or BSc or equivalent qualification.
- Project management qualification or equivalent.
- Experience in Workforce Planning and Business Analysis.
- At least 1 year experience in Data Insights & Reporting preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience building reports with Power BI/Tableau.
Responsibilities
- Develop business cases and functional requirements specs for labs BI development and automate basic processes.
- Create process maps linked to outcomes and automate tasks.
- Develop a predictive model on self-service and forecasted escalations using customer insights.
- Produce insight reports and dashboards for executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate with outsource partners to reduce contacts and improve deflection rates.
- Support headcount planning and forecast by delivering actionable reports.
