Job summary

Keeper Security is seeking an experienced Manager of Sales to lead and coach a high‑performing Sales team in the EMEA B2B division. The role involves hands‑on management, ensuring sales velocity, and aligning with product management and marketing.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in SaaS sales leadership, a data‑driven mindset, and the ability to travel for customer meetings. Hybrid or remote options are available for suitable candidates in Ireland and beyond.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven work experience as a Sales Manager within SaaS, IAM or cybersecurity required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Sales Representatives to drive revenue growth.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
• Monitor performance and provide coaching to optimise productivity.
• Conduct regular one‑on‑one meetings to review performance and troubleshoot challenges.
• Oversee the sales pipeline from lead to close and ensure forecast accuracy.
• Join customer calls to provide strategic support and real‑time coaching.
• Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing to align lead generation and messaging.
• Refine sales processes and tools to improve efficiency.
• Maintain deep product and market knowledge to drive results.
• Foster a high‑energy, positive sales culture and travel to meet customers as needed.
