Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group plc is hiring a Food & Beverage Assistant at our Dublin hotels. You will receive training through our Dalata Academy to learn essential skills and meet experienced team members who can help you grow.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will provide friendly, efficient service to guests, greet regulars by name, upsell where possible, and help with bar and dining area upkeep. Dalata promotes from within and supports your career journey.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel service experience is essential.
• Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Experience in a high-volume environment is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests by name and provide friendly service.
• Have good knowledge of food and wine and make recommendations.
• Be courteous, professional and proactive in upselling.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar and dining area.
• Serve guests with food and beverages.
