Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group plc is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant to provide friendly and efficient service to hotel guests. You will receive training through our Dalata Academy to help you learn important skills and grow within the company.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager and Operations Manager, you will join a friendly team, greet regular guests by name, upsell where possible, and contribute to a positive guest experience across bar and restaurant operations.

Qualifications

• Previous Bar & Restaurant experience is essential.
• Flexibility in working hours as the role includes mornings/evenings & weekends.
• Previous experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Micros experience would be preferable.
• Experience in a hotel is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Regular guests are known and greeted accordingly, using their names.
• Upsell and maximise sales revenue whenever and wherever possible.
• Served guests with food and beverage.
• General cleaning of bar and restaurant.
