Job summary

The Hardiman on Eyre Square in Galway is seeking enthusiastic, hardworking hospitality professionals for a permanent full-time role. The position focuses on delivering exceptional service, greeting regular guests by name, and maintaining high standards across all service areas.

You will be expected to know food and beverage offerings, make recommendations, and upsell where possible. Fluent English, strong communication skills, and flexibility to work across lounge or restaurant are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel experience in a 4/5-star hotel property is preferred.
• Experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment is desirable.
• Experience in a busy food and beverage operation is beneficial.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills are required.
• Micros experience would be preferable.

Responsibilities
