Job summary

The Hardiman Hotel in Galway is seeking a Food & Beverage Duty Manager to lead daily F&B operations across our bars, restaurant and events, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

You will mentor a high-performing team, manage stock and rotas, and uphold service standards. The role requires 2+ years in supervisory duties and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
