Job summary

The Hardiman on Eyre Square invites applications for a Food & Beverage Assistant to deliver amazing service and uphold consistently high standards across dining areas, lounge and events.

You will greet regular guests by name, upsell where appropriate, and work with a friendly, professional team. Fluency in English and strong communication are essential; experience with Micros is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel experience in a 4/5-star hotel property is preferred.
• Previous experience in a high volume/ fast paced environment.
• Previous experience in a busy food and beverage operation.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Micros Experience would be preferable.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of amazing service and consistently high standards at all time.
• Regular guests are known and greeted accordingly using their name.
• Ensure a good working knowledge of food, all beverages and wine. Be able to make recommendations.
• Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.
• Up-sell and maximise sales revenue whenever and wherever possible.
• Assisting in lounge, restaurant or other departments as required.
