Responsibilities

• Answer calls politely and efficiently to determine caller needs.
• Manage emails and reservations in the inbox.
• Check guests in and out in a professional manner.
• Create and cancel bookings for overnight stays and dining.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to align on guest needs.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area.
• Balance cash and complete end-of-shift report.
• Handle reservations via email, telephone, and websites.
• Provide excellent customer service in person, by phone and email.
• Report accidents and trip hazards and uphold dignity/respect.
