Job summary

The iNUA Hotel Collection is currently seeking a dedicated Accommodation Assistant to join our team in Ireland. This part-time role working 3 days per week focuses on maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and the overall presentation of our hotel rooms and public areas.

You will clean guest rooms and public areas, replenish amenities, report maintenance issues, and uphold health and safety standards while delivering warm, professional service to guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication and a customer-focused attitude.

• Assist guests with any inquiries or requests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred but not essential.
