Sodexo is seeking a Lobby Host for the GrangeCastle site in Dublin 22. The role keeps a welcoming face on the corporate site, supporting flawless operations and a positive guest experience. You will assist employees, clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a client facing or hospitality role is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are key.
• A positive, energetic and proactive attitude with a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
• Proficient in common office software with strong organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist employees, clients, and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
• Deliver front-of-house operations including reception, visitor sign-ins, and meeting room coordination.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support a seamless workplace experience.
• Host workplace events and client activities, elevating facilities issues to the appropriate teams.
• Handle incoming communications and ensure messages are delivered accurately.
• Maintain a tidy, organized and presentable office environment.
