Job summary

Sodexo Group at Grange Castle Business Park, Dublin 22, is seeking a Lobby Host to greet employees, clients and visitors as the first point of contact on a full-time basis. The role focuses on front-of-house operations, visitor sign-ins, meeting room coordination and a proactive approach to guest experience.

You will collaborate with internal teams, support events, and ensure a welcoming, well-maintained office environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a client-facing or hospitality role is an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Proficient in office software (Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist employees, clients, and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
• Deliver front-of-house operations including reception, visitor sign-ins, and meeting room coordination.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support a seamless workplace experience.
• Host workplace events and client activities, and elevate maintenance or facilities issues to the appropriate teams.
• Handle incoming communications and ensure messages are delivered accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a tidy, organized, and presentable office environment.
