Job summary

Staycity Group is hiring an Operations Manager to oversee the guest journey across our Dublin aparthotel portfolio. You will support the General Manager across front office, housekeeping, maintenance, revenue and sales to deliver standout guest experiences.

We seek a leader with 5+ years of relevant experience, strong people management skills, and solid knowledge of local market dynamics. The role emphasizes adaptability, cross‑department collaboration, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant experience with people management and Front Office or Housekeeping.
• Local market knowledge preferred.
• Adaptability to respond quickly to feedback and operational demands.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in all aspects of running the aparthotel including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, revenue and sales.
• Monitor and action guest feedback from satisfaction surveys, 3rd party sites and clients, resolving disputes professionally within guidelines.
• Ensure all departments operate within SOPs and quality standards, addressing feedback promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain regular communication and cross-team cooperation.
• Take on project work and ad hoc duties as requested by the GM and Head Office.
• Produce forecasts for revenues and costs and report budgetary variances to the GM.
• Lead and motivate a team of direct reports daily.
• Ensure compliance with employment law and Staycity Group requirements.
