Radisson Blu Cork is seeking a Full-Time Receptionist to join our Front Office team. You will be the friendly face, manage check-ins and check-outs, handle guest queries, and ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role (hospitality preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
• A positive attitude and genuine passion for guest service.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide high-standard personalised service.
• Manage check-ins, check-outs and reservations using hotel systems.
• Handle guest enquiries in person, by phone, and by email.
• Assist with billing, payments and cash procedures.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and reservations to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain lobby and front desk to brand standards.
• Support Front Office Manager and wider team as needed.
