Job summary

Castleknock Golf Club in Dublin 15 is seeking a full-time F&B Supervisor to lead the VUE Restaurant team, Wednesday to Sunday. You will supervise staff, ensure service standards, manage stock and maintain HACCP compliance while delivering an exceptional member experience.

Join a busy restaurant environment, coordinate with kitchen and bar colleagues, and support the General Manager with ad hoc tasks. The role requires hospitality passion and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B or hospitality roles with focus on service excellence.
• Ability to lead a service team and supervise staff.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of HACCP is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the F&B operation at the club, including restaurant and events.
• Train and supervise staff to ensure performance and standards.
• Monitor productivity and achieve service goals.
• Maintain sanitation and comply with safety policies.
• Greet members, present menus, take orders, and ensure a smooth dining experience.
• Clear tables promptly and coordinate with kitchen and bar for seamless service.
• Support stock management and ensure well-stocked bar and restaurant.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for exceptional dining experiences.
