Job summary

Stripe in Dublin is seeking a Senior Director of Sales Strategy & Operations to partner with GTM leadership and regional sales heads to drive in-depth monitoring of business metrics and actionable insights that accelerate growth.

You’ll collaborate with Marketing, Finance & Strategy, Data Science, Seller Systems, and Strategic Operations to streamline internal processes and run Stripe Rhythm of Business reviews, shaping the go-to-market model for a rapidly growing company.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of sales, strategy or operations in a high-tech growth environment or equivalent.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and analytics tools.
• Proficiency with BI visualization tools.
• Experience using AI to analyze data, automate processes or create reports.
• Strong analytical thinking and a structured problem-solving approach.
• Hands-on, collaborative, adaptable in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Support GTM leadership with intelligence and insights to accelerate growth.
• Standardize global and regional processes currently decentralized.
• Deep dive into key performance metrics and business performance.
• Structure analyses for complex sales operations challenges.
• Identify opportunities for productivity gains for regional leadership.
• Participate in go-to-market projects and regular planning.
• Run analyses on key metrics and provide insights to leadership.
• Oversee implementation of enabling systems and tools with internal teams.
• Prepare weekly forecast materials and update leadership on growth metrics.
• Manage bespoke projects and stakeholder relationships.
