Job summary

Stripe in Dublin and London is seeking consultative recruiters to grow and scale our Go-to-Market (GTM) team. This 11-month contract role involves owning full-cycle recruiting, partnering with senior leaders, and delivering a superior candidate experience across EMEA.

You will drive hiring strategy, track metrics, and develop scalable sourcing plans, staying ahead of regional talent trends and collaborating with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Excellent verbal and written business English.
• Strong ability to build relationships with senior leaders and influence decisions.
• Proven ability to identify trends using data to refine recruiting processes.
• Flexibility to shift tasks and priorities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM teams across EMEA.
• Partner with senior leaders to understand hiring objectives and headcount goals.
• Develop and implement scalable recruiting strategies and measure progress.
• Provide best-in-class candidate experience and data-driven storytelling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—Finance, People Ops, Benefits, Onboarding, Legal.
• 11-month fixed-term contract; focus on expanding GTM recruiting in EMEA.
